After the 2019 Festival, the committee had to choose outstanding performers to represent Alderley Edge Festival at the North West Regional Championships.
Last month (September) our representatives, cellist Nathanael Horton; singers Joe and Jake Butler Smith; and the Pownall Hall School drama group comprising James Moore, Lily Kelly, James Potter and George Montaldo all attended the event in the magnificent Croston Theatre in Westholme School, Blackburn.
They all performed superbly and we are very grateful to them and their parents for taking part. Congratulations go to Nathanael who won the instrumental category and took home a cheque for £100!
